Additional Notes
We are committed to providing a high level of customer service. Whilst the physical limitations of the existing building may impose some constraints on what we are able to do, we fully intend to comply with current regulations and good practice. We have tried to make all the hotel as wheelchair accessible as possible.
The nature of the building means it is impossible to allow wheelchair access without the use of stairs.

We would like to request that anyone with special needs or disabilities contact us prior to arrival in order that we may assist them if they have any specific requirements.
